He caved once on the tax cuts for the rich. If he caves again, I’m voting for Abraham Lincoln as a write in.
I know he’s dead, but even a dead guy could do a better job than a Repub.

I hope he implements the health care quality and access that he described pre election. He would also do well to make Social Security unassailable for the future if he has the chance in his second term. He should not give way on issues with negative consequences for the middle class, the prime realistic arena of "American dream aspirations."
The results form an interesting spread. The second and third largest groups are the Obamaphiles, for whom Obama can do no wrong, and the Obamaphopes, for whom Obama can do no right. I disagree with both extremes. Overall the trend was more favorable than not.
I voted with the plurality that I am hopeful, but uncertain. As much as I want to believe, there have been too many cave-ins on too many key issues.
Our next poll goes back to picking on Republicans, because they deserve it.
