It’s a sickly day here in the CatBox. I experimented with a new kind of goop this morning, and sometimes such experiments fail. It blocked my tumor, and I spent most of the morning throwing up. On the plus side, most of my goop experiments have been successful, giving me a variety of tasty things to eat. TGIF!
Jig Zone Puzzle:
Speaking of goop, today’s took me 3:29 (average 5:22). To do it, click here. How did you do?
Cartoon:
Republicans HATE this treaty, ratified unanimously by our founding fathers.
Trump* Virus Update:
US Cases: 5,418,071
US Deaths: 170,446
Plus all Trump’s* Murder victims Republicans are hiding from us
Short Takes:
From The New Yorker: In a blistering takedown of Joe Biden’s running mate, Donald Trump on Thursday accused Senator Kamala Harris of maliciously speaking in complete sentences.
Blasting her penchant for hewing to the rules of grammar, Trump said, “A lot of people are saying, mean, nasty, disrespectful. To a new level, like you wouldn’t believe.”
“Sad,” he said. “Sick and sad.”
I’m not buying that fib, Andy! Trump is much too racist to say any minority can speak in complete sentences. RESIST!!
From YouTube (MSNBC Channel): Trump Speechless After Reporter Asks If He Regrets Lying To Americans
The lies are bad enough. Even worse, he and the Republican Reich have murdered over 8.52 Americans with their Trump* virus plague for each of those 20,000+ lies! RESIST!!
From YouTube (a blast of protest): DUMP TRUMP SONG – Leigh & The Dumpettes
Amen! Flush!! Kudos to left wing protestors! RESIST!!
Vote Blue No Matter Who Top to Bottom!!

Oh, sorry about that. Damn. But I’m glad there is a positive side.

This from the Postal Workers Union
Is anyone here on Twitter Or know anyone who is? The Union is asking people to follow their Twitter feed in support: @APWUnational
Cartoon – At least we didn’t erase it completely, as we have with too many treaties.
Map – 170K, yes. Predictable. My governor is planning to strengthen the mask mandate.
TNY – He may be too racist toadmit she uses complete sentences (9or, even more likely, too ignorant to know what a complete sentence is) – but she does use them.
Dáte – Another silver-haired hero, in addition to Dr. Fauci. What a guy! I love the way the question is framed, a little like “Have you stopped beating yur wife?” but more fair because we all know he is guilty.
BOP – The CC leaves a little to be desired (for one thing it hears “Dump Trump” as “downtown”) but with some imagination one can get it, I think.
RESIST AND PERSIST !!!
This was the front page theme picture at Democratic Underground on Wednesday (made and posted by the co-founder/owner). Claire McCaskill sent it out in a tweet on Thursday. Let’s share it.
Great Vids!
TC, it is so disheartening, and aggravating to hear about how much you depend on the mail to get your meds.
‘Toon: So, the GOP stepped in to take the place of the Barbary Pirates?
TVU: Racing for 6 Mill, we are.
New Yorker: Is Andy suggesting that Dumpy can actually recognize proper grammar?
MSNBC: I’v seen this, and it is sooo damning, but his flock will only see it as a reporter’s impertinence.
BOP: Where in hell did you find this beauty?
Cartoon: Peace and commitment.
TVU: Pretty much still the same. Not good.
NYer: He’s just too jealous of her, and too impudent to improve and better himself..
MSNBC: Fantastic! Kudos to this reporter! They should all test dt with his lying statements. Every.single.day!
YT: Well done!!
I’m glad to read that you are okay after your throwing up. Hope that you have a good rest of your day, get your rest, take good, good care, and Thanks, Tom.
*This just in: “Condolences to Mike Pence for the as- whooping he’s about to take in the upcoming vice-presidential debate…(see you in Salt Lake City!) ~ RwB~
2. Kellyanne Conway: “President Trump took on Hillary Clinton in all 3 debates. She looked like it was an indignity to share the stage with him.” Hillary Clinton – “It was.”
3. “Kamala Harris will be campaigning from inside dt’s head. No word on what social distancing is like in there.” ~ Dan Rather ~
4. “We are in a battle for the sould of this Nation. But, together, it’s a battle we can win. ~ Kamala Harris ~
~The Lincoln Project ~
Cartoon: Like Joanne, surprised it’s still enforced.
TVU: Still rising, but being told we may be coming off the California Watch list, we’ll know for sure on Monday. We still had another
TNY: Here we go again, with his ugly foolish games of belittling and name calling. Plus saying that Kamala wasn’t born here, just like he did with Pres. Obama. Wish he’d dig a hole and climb into it.
MSNBC: I applaud him for asking the idiot the question. Wish they’d keep up with hitting him with these type of questions.
BOP: Good one. Hopefully we will be able to do exactly that….DUMP TRUMP.
Sorry to hear about your awful ordeal. Sure hope that you’re doing better and don’t have another issue like that.
Take care. Thanks TomCat
Good to hear you’re still experimenting with new goop, but I’m sorry it doesn’t always lead to a tasty new treat.
3:11 Sorry, you’ll have to experiment further with some other ingredients, TomCat.
Cartoon: It’s a miracle they haven’t eradicated it yet.
Update: So sad, only that little green in the top right-hand corner. America’s numbers are deplorable.
TNY: People understood Trump was attacking Kamala on her long, eloquent sentences only after he sputtered a bigly amount of unrelated words. As that is his usual mode and they had stopped listening to it a long time ago, it took a while for the coin to drop.
MSNBC: Too bad they didn’t show the reporter asking the question and Trump’s reaction to it. That reporter should get an award for having the guts to ask that million-dollar question and seriously piercing the bubble in which Trump lives. A small hole that undoubtedly sealed itself again, but a hole nevertheless.
BOP: So many good protest song/clips!
See if you can see the clip that’s here
I did, thanks.
Thanks and pooped weekend Hugs to all@!
