It’s a busy day here in the CatBox. WWWendy will be here in about 90 minutes. We have lots of chores, as this will be a strange week. She has to go to Iowa to deal with family matters next weekend, so she’ll be coming on Thursday instead of Wednesday, the following Tuesday instead of Sunday, and then, Saturday instead of Sunday. That throws my schedule off, big time, bit I’m Happy to help her, However, I don’t advise getting downwind of me a week from Monday. This will be my only article today. Ellipsoid Orb Hugs to all.

Well, you’re still ahead of me if it’s “weak”. Another skill (like almost all Harry Potter skills) that I totally lack.
Much closer to “non-existent” than to “weak.” I assume “parsel” is from the parseltongue (since tongue obviously isn’t), but I’m sure it wouldn’t be spelled that way. In fact, it probably has its own script, since our alphabet is not built to properly distinguish between different hissing sounds

SNL: So now we know why Barrf and Pompeo went to countries like Italy last week. Looking for a nice place to ‘retreat’ to when the House is finished with them. Loved Steve Miller’s appearance; of course only the most devout, like Pence, could understand what he was hissing about. Pence, having no country to turn to, is glad he’s been so true to Mother; she’ll be the only one who’ll welcome him back.
FF: Loved the TED talk reference. She got me interested, so let’s wait and see what she has in store for us.
YT: While I have no vivid memory of it, I could sing along with the chorus. Strange.
