Monologue – “You don’t take care of the islands you already have” – ain’t THAT the truth!
Katie – Like Katie, I’d say “holding people accountable,” not “shaming.” Too much shaming is already done which shouldn’t be – slut shaming, fat shaming, appearance shaming generally – any kind of shaming which is not germane to making the world a better place – this all needs to go. Holding people accountable needs to become fashionable and stay fashionable.

New Rules – Having just taken a deepish dive into ecofascism, I’m inclined to comment that Trump is too dumb to even understand his own fascism. But if anyone can get through to him, it’s definitely with this kind of “argument.”

Mahler is probably my favorite tRump-basher. He is brilliant, funny, snarky and bold. He tells it like it is and doesn’t care whom he p*sses off.
I can imagine tRump’s mother telling him: “Buy Greenland? You don’t take care of the islands you already have!” and pointing to a scruffy Puerto Rico. Sometimes it seems as though the Orange Ogre opens his mouth merely to change feet.

Bill Maher #1: Harsh, but true words and funny jokes on Trump, which is standard by now, but also on David Koch. Sadly Koch’s heirs will undoubtedly continue the family tradition in screwing the world to make more money.
