This year, once again, I wish you a very Merry Christmas, or whatever holiday is appropriate to your beliefs. I have collected a few Christmas Songs for your enjoyment, and sadly, for the first time, a warning for the coming year.

All great carols, though I'm not 100% sure bringing a drum around a newborn and his exhausted mother is the smartest idea.
Speaking of carols, someone on Daily Kos has posted a diary about "Mary's Boy Child," one of my all time favorites,and I know nothing about the author except his name, Jester Hairston, and the diary covers that too.

Mom's Assisted Living complex has about 100 apartments and they have a door decoration contest, so I took Mom on a tour of them Christmas afternoon. None like the "Ditto" type but still very enjoyable.
Will spend today with my aunt. The rest of the time up here will be running errands.
All elderly people should have sons or daughters like you.
