Although Pat has been following Politics Plus and commenting for quite some time on Care2, where she has been active for years, she started commenting here at the site and, a few months later, won her first Big Mouth Award for the 78,000th comment in May. Now, she’s here every day. She is a progressive activist, an authentic Christian, and a Michael Moore Fan. If you tell her to go to hell, she’s likely to answer, “I already live there.” The poor girl is a Texan. On the other hand, she loves her Texans. Her comments are bright and witty. Please join me in giving her well-deserved congrats, kudos and praise.

Congratulaions, Pat! Keep the words from the big mouth coming! I honestly don't think anyone here is in collusion with anyone else here except to support you, TC.

As to the collusion, I don't think there is any, but just on the off chance, I am changing my name to Pat C.

Fake story here: "As I was stepping up on the stage, (in front of a large audience) to accept my Big Mouth Award, one of my stiletto heels caught the hem of my evening gown, (that I had just bought), and I started to pitch forward from the momentum. I fell near the podium, broke the mike, and the tiara that was on my head, faltered, and fell off." LOL.
No, all kidding aside, guys and gals, I'm humbled by this Award. I have learned so much of the political arena from all of you, and as a Liberal in a deep red state, I'm so grateful for y'all's comments, and the respect (and support) that each of us gives to one another. My father was a grizzled ole Democrat, bless his heart, and I learned much from him, living in the NE.
I will now get off my soapbox, Thank you, Tom, and all of you…!! for this Award. Did I say Thank you?
