Yesterday, I published an article detailing what I consider criminal sedition by 447 Republican Senators. Has I waited, I could have included video from several of my favorite commentators, but my article was up before they were on the are. To better inform you on this important story, here they are.
Lindsey Poo and Shmuley are dead wrong. The leading sponsor of terrorism in the middle east are Saudi Arabia.
Murphy is appeasing Senate Republicans. What they are doing clearly falls within the purview of the Logan Act. Steele is just goose-stepping. He made a fool of himself.
This is embarrassing. Iran’s foreign minister known more about our Constitution that 47 Senators. In my opinion, this was the best coverage of the three.
In my opinion, all 47 should be criminally indicted. Sadly, the Obama administration just lets Republican crimes slide. If Republicans commit sedition, it’s not a bid deal. If Democrats jaywalk, it’s a capital offense.

Thanks for the list. I knew McTurtle and Rand would sign it.
I tacked this on to yesterday but will post it here too.
Petition to prosecute at whitehouse.gov:
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/file-charges-against-47-us-senators-violation-logan-act-attempting-undermine-nuclear-agreement/NKQnpJS9
It requires 100,000 signatures to get a response. It's growing fast but not fast enough for me LOL..
Incidentally 47 out of 100 is 47%. Doesn;t that figure sound familiar?
JD, the signatures number almost 114,000 so you should have heard the sonic boom today when the 100,000 barrier was broken!
Most gladly signed as a "resident" of WA.
My bad . . . that should say almost 119,000 signatures! I think I must need new glasses.
Signed the petition and shared it on Facebook.
136,000 – site undergoing maintenance – so totals won't rise till maintenance finished – hope it is 500,000 – or more!
Over 51,000 signatures so more than halfway to required for a response.
I once would have thought McCain knew better.
I checked to see what Faux News website said. Their headline was still about Hillary's e-mails.
I found a video which showed Cotton looking not too stupid, but then they switched to John Bolton for commentary and I had to cut it off because I am too nice and too smart to listen to John Bolton. I have standards.
Looks like the senators (small “s” intended!) from OK have signed their asses up for this!
Here is the copy of the letter I'm faxing to as many seditious senators as possible. (I use several FREE FAX services, and they limit the number that can be sent per day.)
Awesome letter. Love it!
What Jim said! Your elegance with words is truly magnificent!
Love it!
You've said it all,Nameless!
Nameless, that letter is perfect – well done!
The WH petition with its signatories has to be the fastest 100,000 I've ever seen.
What are the most likely scenarios that would play out…?
Any ideas, suggestions, comments from our C2/PP "peanut gallery"…
At this time stamp, it's 115,876 in well LESS than 24 hours.
I'll be curious to see what happens to this one.
128,000 when I signed, I also shared it on Facebook, a few of my friends will sign.-
Ed Schultz: The Republicans have hit a new low with this one, and I didn't think they could sink any lower. I googled the Logan Act after Nameless mentioned it last night, and it appears to me that they have violated it and should be prosecuted. I personally consider their acts treason.
Chris Hayes: I agree with Mr. Murphy, they have crossed a line! They have also embarassed our country to the whole world with their stupidity. I kind of wish Dems would have done this when Dubya decided it would be great to go to war with Iraq.
I keep hoping that someone in the Republican party will decide they should work with the President instead of against him, and try to lead the party to actually do the job they were sent there to do. I know it won't happen. I still think they committed treason.
To me, these senators are interfering in affairs of state of which they have little knowledge. They are not involved in the negotiations and all they have accomplished so far is to make themselves and the US, look like bumbling idiots. Is this American exceptionalism? Let them continue and the country will be at war. How many young soldiers will be shipped off to fight this war and not return? Perhaps the first wave should consist of Republicanus/Teabaggerum senators and representatives with no deferments for bad eyes or age.
I find these Republicanus/Teabaggerum actions defiant of the law and the constitution, and so egregious that they ought be charged with sedition. I hope that the White House petition prompts the appropriate action. How many times have we listened to the Republicanus/Teabaggerum say that Obama is so very divisive? "Et tu, Bruet?"
I did like Angus King's response last night on Rachel Maddow's show. http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow/watch/us-unity-on-iran-shattered-by-cotton-letter-411369539834
It seems the MSM prefers to focus on email-gate instead of sedition by 47 senators who do not understand the law. How long wil it be before all of our favorites on MSNBC get cancelled for not following the line?
Now that President Obama is in the last two years of his presidency, I do hope he will show he has both a spine and principles and stop trying to placate these lunatic seditionists – playing nice with lunatics just doesn't work – hasn't he learned that by now? Prosecute these seditionist/traitorous people before they do something even worse! Letting them off all the time just makes him look weak and encourages their lunacy.
Very curious as to how the White House responds to the petition since it's met both Thresholds. The Petition has to get 150 signatures within 30 days to become "Publicly Searchable". [Not sure what that means. Do you have to promote it yourself among your friends/associates and provide a link?] And then 100,000 signatures in 30 days to generate a promised response of some type "in a timely fashion."
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/how-why/terms-participation
BUT they do have some wiggle room in HOW they respond to certain Petitions, of which this one most likely falls:
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/how-why/frequently-asked-questions
I said I was shocked but they have such a fear of people of color and gender and must important the fear of losing the white house for years to come.. They think just because of the win in 2014 they have pass of the American people to go out on President Obama to undermine and be more open to show disrespect for our President. It is just mine blowing. I know if Clinton deciedes to run for President she best get our party to stand behind her 100%. You either do or you will have another 8 yrs of just side stepping issues and running our country into the ground. "Oh is that what the republian/teaparty want you bet."
Because if you are not a angry white man you have rights and kicking you over and over is fair game.
Here's the petition I lost yesterday.
