JM: The trouble with daily videos on a very limited topic with not much new development is that there’s a lot of overlap and repetition.
MT: If one believes that Congress, police departments and such should represent all aspects of the society they represent, this is what one should expect to get and be prepared to vet against. How it still gets to an overrepresentation of the most negative aspects is another question entirely.
EW: I fully agree with Egberto. Great job, Democrats. Keep this up and do this wherever you can. Which probably is most of the time.
PBS: Good interview, the interviewer asking the right questions allowing Fausti to give the clear explanation necessary in times like these.
Cracked: Fantastic! It had me in stitches. I hope to see more of these, Joanne.
Beau: You’re not giving Libertarians any tips on how to get Republicans to come over to their side, are you Beau?
He sounds somewhat disappointed in the Libertarian failure to translate a core value into the personal responsibility needed right now.
Cracked – there are plenty more. I’ll be looking for new ones also.
Beau – in our two-party society, peeling voters off the GOP in any direction might very welll help democracy. But that may not be what he meant. He may be using “libertarian” (small L) in the same sense in which the Political Compass uses it, and in that sense, it would be wonderful if ALL Republicans became libertarian. Immediate eradication of Karens, for just one thing.
