When I put up a video which referenced “The Alt-Right Playbook” I noted that it might be from an actual series – and it is. Here’s the introduction.
Beau – Kevin McCarthy should really try not to get under Beau’s skin. The results are not preety (at least not for Kevin.)
Republicans for the Rule of Law – the video I intended to include yesterday that didn’t get it. It was three days old yesterday, and it’s older today – and as I said it’s a bit confusing because the sound and the captions don’t match. But it makes a point.

MT: Heather has got that right.
CNN: This was heartwrenching to watch, this is the stuff that tears countries apart. Cuomo handles the interview very well with a lot of empathy.
DM: Drew would even be funnier if what he says isn’t exactly what many of the Trumpians are thinking and feeling. They are the victims here!
IS: A most excellent introduction for progressives on what Alt-Right stands for. As the Alt-Right is going to be with us for a long time, I’d be happy to educate myself with other parts of this series (hint, hint 😁)
Beau 1: I’m sure Beau manages any anger he feels very well when preparing for his videos but in this particular video you could see the anger rise again in his eyes while he was talking. Beau is always the image of self-constraint but I wonder sometimes what happens the moment he switches of the recording.
RRL: Although it needs to happen to let healing commence, I’m starting to doubt that a conviction of Trump and his cronies will ever happen.
OwlKitty: Lovely surprise.
Beau 2: Spot on in thinking that numbers will go up because they will be revised as some states have kept them low. He’s also correct in saying that some actions are intended for the future handling of a pandemic, but that is not bad at all, as another one could break out any time soon with everyone looking the other way, focussing on COVID-19, and Trump’s administration has effectively destroyed anything set up by Obama to handle it properly.
Cnn – I was particularly impressed at the end whin Chris started by saying “As a dad” and then gave some excellent and kind advice.
IS – That’s my intention. Probably not every day but we’ll get through it.
General remark – I so enjoy your insight in these comments.

What’s there is accurate but it looks like it’s partial. But IIRC there was a good deal of repetition, so it may give a good idea of the full conversation. Chris’s last quote is exactly right and I’m glad they didn’t stint on that. I consider it extremely important.

Beau #1: Just because McCarthy says so? “…could have stopped this at any time….” No, they were getting their agendas met, cared about nought else!

Beau #2: Future events matter a lot. Had dumpy not gutted the system that had been put in lace for, then, future events much might have gone better; assuming dumpy would not have screwed with it, anyway. “Some states?” Oh, could he be referring to, among others, Florida? You betcha! Got our first vaccinations, but only due to my wonderful wife’s determination, and luck. Our county seems to be particularly negligent.
So glad to hear you and your wonderful wife got your first shots!
Walgreens (where I get most of my prescriptions) has a link to each state’s eligibility guidelines, and Colorado right now is only vaccinating front-like medical workers, and I’m cool with that. It’s at most an inconvenience for me to stay home, but those people really, really need to get vaccinated
