From NPR: It’s hard to believe that the hole President Trump dug for himself could get deeper, but it has.
A record and widening majority of Americans disapprove of the job he’s doing when it comes to handling the coronavirus pandemic; he gets poor scores on race relations; he’s seen a suburban erosion despite efforts to win over suburban voters with fear; and all that has led to a worsened outlook for Trump against Democrat Joe Biden in the presidential election.
As a result, in the past month and a half, the latest NPR analysis of the Electoral College has several states shifting in Biden’s favor, and he now has a 297-170 advantage over Trump with exactly three months to go until Election Day.
As long as we don’t get complacent or think we can afford to “vote our conscience”, the only way criminal Fuhrer Trump* and the Republican Reich can stay in power is through a Nazi coup. RESIST!!

I have a bit more faith in Joe than Beau does … but I’m not offended by the caveats. Yes, we need to watch all our leaders.

NPR – They say “socialist” and hear “demon.” But they don’t know why. I wish they’d learn to say “conservative” and hear “demon.” It would be more accurate.
Past – There have always been incidents. But it’s never been farther from “isolated incidents” and closer to “government policy” in America in my lifetime. But then, I did’t live when there were slave patrols.

I had a descented skun as a pet myself once – while I was on active duty Sweet, yes, intelligent, yes, and also very protective. (Not that it’s difficult for an animal to be superior to a Republican, bothe intellectually and morally.)

TVU: Trucking right along. Saw on TV, earlier today, how some people are still doing “Covid Parties!” One big one was in Illinois, if I recall correctly.
NPR: If what I have read is accurate, the status at 3 months prior to election indicates, closely, how the election will go. But, yes, no complacency! RESiST!!
MSNBC: The Regurgitates have said Bernie is a socialist. Damn yea! They get very little right, but on that score they show that they have several working brain cells. So, Bernie is a socialist…good for him, and it’s good for me!
Buffalo Springfield: Loved them!! “Mostly say hooray for our signs.” That line resounds sadly, to this day. Those of us who resisted them marched,and so on, were too politically naive, to create a sustainable, forceful movement. Though, we did turn the tables on Johnson, Nixon and the war in Viet Nam…so we were not quite useless.

Update: This map is the worst one I’ve seen so far.
NPR: Studies have shown that voters get less critical in their analysis of the candidates and start to rely more on old patterns of thinking, i.e. biases, the closer they get to the election and for many, it is a purely emotional choice by the time they get to the poll booth. Often it doesn’t go any further than like or dislike of a candidate. So with three months to go, a lot may happen. Don’t get over-confident and keep on showing Americans there’s nothing to like in Trump if he doesn’t do so himself.
MSNBC: Bernie is called a socialist😱? Fantastic. I hope that Bernie sees it as the honorary nickname it is and realizes he’s the man to inspire young socialists to get themselves to the polls and vote for Biden.
