TC is in the hospital.
When I got up for my nightly trip to the BR at ~ 1:00 AM this (Saturday) morning I saw I had a text message from TC, but it was written by Wendy.
She said she had taken him to the hospital yesterday for “respiratory issues” (but given the time I’m not sure if she meant Friday or more likely Thursday).
I started texting questions and “Thank you” messages thinking it was still her. But finally TC asked me to quit texting because it was too hard for him to read.
Wendy’s text did say he was “doing OK & he’s where he should be.”
She said she tried to post a notice on the blog – but apparently w/out success.
So I know he’s in the hospital – but I don’t know which one and I don’t know what day he was admitted. She said she’d keep us posted.
You now know as much as I do.

Hello all this is an update from Wendy. Tom has been out of circulation for the last few days wanted to let everyone know that I had to take him to the hospital for admittance on Thanksgiving day. Tom is doing well and he is where he needs to be but is Recovering from a respiratory infection. He asked that no one spend any money on him please… He will be in the hospital probably till the beginning of next week. I will try and keep you updated all of your thoughts and prayers are appreciated

Oh, my goodness!!! So much has happened !!
Thank YOU, Wendy for taking Tom to the hospital, and making sure he got the medical attention he needed.
Thankfully, Tom is where he should be at….and that he is getting the support that he needs to get better.
I pray that he starts feeling better, and I will continue to send my prayers for him. Positive, caring, and medicinal thoughts for you, Tom.

I am late to learn this since I am not a daily visitor anymore. Thanks for the update Lynn.
As I was thinking back, TC was always caring for others whether it be his guys or others. In the past, he has been the one to cook Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners for others, and he enjoyed doing so. Well this year, it is his turn to relax and let others care for him. It may not be exactly what he had in mind but that is the way.
Tom, take care and quit chasing the nurses around the hospital. That is not what I call relaxing and taking care of yourself. We have your back dude!

Bless you Wendy for taking TomCat to the hospital for the medical services he was in need of. Ever so grateful to hear that he is be taken care of.
I pray that he has a speedy recover.
He has been in my prayers ever since the message he sent that he wasn’t doing well. They will be continued.

I don’t really think it could be much better than this … we were all counting on WWWendy to get him to a hospital if that was what she needed, and that’s exactly what happened. Sure, it would better if he had never been ill at all or miraculously recovered, but given the facts, those were really not on the horizon. Cheers to Wendy, who has once again demonstrated she is truly Wonder Woman Wendy With Wings.

NEW INFO AS OF 6:30 pm PST SATURDAY
I heard back from a volunteer in the prison program TC worked with until his health precluded it, and she learned the hospital TC is in – it’s Providence Hospital. She also said that Wendy is also sick. (more prayers and vibes to send.)
