Pat followed Politics Plus and commented for quite some time on Care2, where she has been active for years, before she started commenting here at the site. A few months later, she won her first Big Mouth Award for the 78,000th comment in May 2016. She became a daily regular and won her second award for the 85,000th comment in December 2016 and her third for the 93,000th comment in October 2017. She won her fourth for 97,000 in March, 2018. She won her fifth for 101,000 in August 2018. This is her sixth award. She is a progressive activist, an authentic Christian, a proud veteran, and a Michael Moore Fan. If you tell her to go to hell, she’s likely to answer, “I already live there.” The poor girl is still a Texan. On the other hand, she loves her Houston Texans. Her comments are still bright, witty and above all, compassionate. She always greets WWWendy on shower day! In addition to being our resident beauty queen, she may have a lock on awards. Pile on the praise, please. She deserves it.

Isn’t this nice! I am so tickled lately by her including delightful, meme-able thoughts in each Open Thread comment. I haven’t done much yet, but I will be filing many of those for potential memes for future use. But, besides that, she is always knowledgeable and perceptive. We are lucky to have her.

I’m always humbled by the insightful comments from friends on this page. I like reading other folks perspectives with their train of thoughts. I’ve learned alot. I couldn’t ask for a better group of guys & gals who grace these pages, re: current events. Truthful and respectful, too, I might add. I always look for Tom’s great posts this time of day, and his comments (and yours too) keep me going, in the land of the insane these days.
We’re living in crazy times, and sometimes I feel like throwing in the towel. But, you know what? I’m not going to do that, and will Resist and stand for what’s right, for you, and for my Country. I’ve got my BETO sign right outside too.

Wow, the sixth award and the second one in a row! How can I possibly think of something new to praise your wonderful comments, dear Pat. They don’t wear thin over time, I hope.
