Glad to see her back, she’s AWESOME!!! and so spot on, in her Bee way!!
The NRA/Scientology clip is spot on!! I didn’t know about Doug Bruce. Ayn Rand, indeed.

Don’t know which is more insulting – comparing the NRA to Scientology, or comparing Scientology to the NRA. Hell, they both deserve it.

Sam – Cult – It’s also a terrorist organization. Of course it’s a cult – but in our country, that gives it the protection of religious freedom, and I find that unacceptable. (And perhaps we should ask Leah Remini how safe Scientology is.)

Mental Health – Yeah. Some days I feel like there is a distinction between mental health and understanding the common good – other days I feel like anyone who would hate like that must be mentally ill. But it’s true that “hate” is not in the DSM. And that techniques that mental health professionals are trained in can’t really fix it.

Doug Bruce – He did indeed. He ruined California first, and then came here to do it to us! As Hick said, it “finally passed.” The SoB just wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. Ashley’s description is right on. And he won’t leave! Although seeing him today, maybe he’ll die. Soon. (You want to know something ironic? TABOR also spells the last name of Horace Tabor, the Leadville silver mining magnate. And look how he and his second wife, Baby Doe, ended up.)
