I voted ‘definitely not’. The reason is that Trump appointed Whoresuch, an ideologue so extreme that he almost makes Scalia seem reasonable, to SCROTUS (Republican Constitutional VD). He will be shitting on our Constitution for decades after Trump disappears into a shower of gold.

We can never let our guard down, ever again! tRump's stupidity is ALL out in the open!!! Example: tRump's (non) correspondent's dinner he had, where ever the hell it was!
What's up with the city of Portland? They had a May Day March, but the cops cancelled it at the last minute, AFTER everybody was already there and marching! Flash-banging and telling everyone that they will use something like projectiles, maybe rubber bullets, to get the marchers to settle down and leave. What a crock!!! They just moved in and acted like a platoon of Army soldiers clearing EVERYTHING!!!
I voted the US would "definitely not survive Trump in its present form".
How can it when he and his criminal cartel are destroying programmes, the environment, people and making incendiary remarks that could easily lead to WWIII. El Chapo is heading off to prison and so should Drumpf and his cartel of millionaires and billionaires . . . and no Club Fed!!!

The vote was somewhere in the middle, with 9 people seeing no hope at all for the US as we know it to survive and 13 who had a glimmer of hope that Drumpf may not last that long and things can be returned to semi-normal after. No matter what we voted, I think it is clear from the comments that the damage done is already great and the longer Drumpf's destruction era lasts the more unlikely it'll be America, and the rest of the world I might add, will return to former "normality". Returning to former glory is neigh impossible, the whole world has been sliding on the slippery slope of increasing wealth inequality far too long.
