Here are the results of our “New Year Resolution” poll. Politics Plus Polls are not scientific, because those who respond are not balanced according to demographic categories. Therefore, we do not accurately reflect the makeup of the US population. I'm one of the two voters who had no resolutions for this year for a number of reasons: I don't do resolutions, I'm not an American citizen so I can't actively resist, but most important of all I've already vowed to do all of the little I can do on November 8th. So not a a resolution, but a continuation of a promise to
RESIST!
I voted "Resist!!!". I don't always make resolutions, but Resist was one I knew I would keep. Adrienne Clarkson, a former Governor General of Canada and a television journalist years ago, commented a few days ago that Canadians were in danger of being swamped by the hateful rhetoric coming out of the US, ergo the Québec mosque shootings. We have our own nut cases as it is. Drumpfenfarten is a cancer worldwide and everyone should be worried. We must cut out this cancer before it metastasises and destroys the world!
