In light of all the daily horror we have had to face since the Russian coup, we need an occasional reason to smile, just to maintain a small modicum of sanity. Samantha Bee is one such reason, and she pulls it off and reminds us where our focus needs to be at the same time. Here are three video clips.

The only issue I have with Samantha Bee (and also with Keith Olbermann, BTW) is that they are not only right all the time, but they also leave nothing unsaid – so there is no way to comment without soundng like an echo chamber.

This is an issue I WISH I had with more people !!!

It did occur to me that on screen the word was spelled "euphenism." It had to be. Had it been spelled "euphonism," it would have actually made sense.

Samantha Bee nails it every time!

She did make me cry today though. In the midst of the second vid, it froze with her mouth open and the most debilitating noise emanating from my laptop. I flew down to Staples, laptop in hand. My laptop announcing my arrival, I went straight to the computer desk and found my friend Hussein on duty (he has helped me several times before). One push of a button and it was fixed. Did you know there is a full moon today!
