One of Bernie’s supporters main complaints is that he does not get enough attention in the media, and I think it’s a valid complaint. I’m pleased that Rachel Maddow devoted almost her entire show last might to an interview with Bernie, and I’m sharing everything she shared. It’s broken down into several clips.

And my take? I agree with 99.98% of what he said, but I had a better way of expressing it. I mailed my Oregon Ballot. I voted for Bernie.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
The DNC is trying to stack the committees to shut out Bernie's delegates and Maine's convention just required their superdelegates to vote proportionate to the popular vote at the convention.
I agree, and I sogned trhe petition link you left at Care2 demanding proportional representation.
I got the email from Maine also. As far as the DNC trying to stack the deck – well, gee, they can hardly deny that is exactly what superdelegates are designed to do. There was no such thing until McGovern got the nomination, which pissed them off. Since this is very much the same situation – except that we have since been run so far into the ground that the progressive platform is much stronger now – I think this year is a great year to have this discussion. I just hope it has a good ending. I'll have to come back for the videos, I have something on my schedule right now.
I got the email too.
Will have to come back to view the videos. GO Bernie!!!
Thanks, Tom.
Can't look now, but plan to do so…not that that always works out. Still, there is virtually nothing Ihave heard from Bernie with which I disagree.
Excellent interview! If I could vote, I'd vote for Bernie! Obviously, he wants to be the nominee, however he looks further ahead with a wider vision that should survive even if he is not the nominee. The time is now!!!
You have to admire a guy to go on national TV in a suit jacket, khakis, and Nikes!
Go Bernie!!!!!
I'm have to catch these tomorrow it's a bit late here.
Thanks, TC!!!
I think Bernie's right in stating that the deck is stacked unfairly against him and I admire him for continuing his fight while also trying to bring change to the election process itself so things would be more fair to all candidates. It doesn't do, however for Bernie supporters to disrupt Hillary's rallies. That isn't in the spirit of Bernie's campaign or fight, and actually does more harm than good.
I was encouraged by Bernie when he made clear that a Democrat winning over Drumf is the most important thing and that he'll support Hillary and the Democratic party in every possible way to help defeat Drumpf should he not win the nomination. I do hope all his supporters will show themselves as gracefully when in the end he doesn't, and vote for Hillary even if just for the sake of voting AGAINST Drumpf.
Wow – many thanks for culling all this info for us, TC – I, too, think Bernie has legitimate complaints and am totally annoyed with the DNC…
Thanks all. It was a lot of work to prepare this, but you're very welcome.
