I’m thoroughly frustrated. The home health nurse stood me up. They rescheduled my appointment, but forgot to tell me about it. Of course they planned to come this morning, when I will not be here, so they gave me a tentative appointment for tomorrow. ARGH!

Personally, I would doublecheck the phone number(s) & email addie they have for you. Someone goofed up … but we're all human, so there's that.
I empathize! I know I came to value agencies that delegated scheduling to the person doing the direct service because there were fewer communications glitches or unrealistic expectations of timing of travel between appointments. I also learned that central office people had the unwarranted view of recipients being homebound and thus always there at their convenience instead of recognition that some needed services could require them going elsewhere.
Main problem with the pix is the unrealistic possibility the car won't crash and burn.
and having the donks get their ass handed to them by those hated raiders doesn't help either.
it's gonna get better tc – not necessarily with your favorite disappointers.
So sorry about your Broncos. Having lived in the S.F Bay area for so long, the Oakland Raiders are my least favorite team.
Sorry about your medical mishaps, and having another re-schedule. That's frustrating!
I feel your pain. Bad day all around, my Houston Texans lost dismally. Wasn't even a close one.

Sounds like your home health side is a tad forgetful!!! That's not a good thing to be when they are taking care of a patient!!!

Those of you looking forward to that car crashing and burning … don't get your hopes up … the car is not the Republicans … the car is the COUNTRY! So we DON'T want it to crash and burn !!!!

That is a bad start with your home healthnurse. If that happens again, you need to report it. My Mother has had good and bad ones.
Yes, we are driving over a cliff with them, and there is not enough sanity left to stop it!
I got my PC repaired, now C2 is messing with me. It won't let me reply to my emails or send cards, or make comments. Can't even send feed back. That is the only site I am having trouble on, so I know it is them.
I can quite understand your frustration, TomCat. You've been home less than a week and you still need to organize a lot of things to make things run more smoothly and then this happens. It wouldn't have been half as bad if this was a check-up appointment, but for a first this is a blunder and terribly annoying. I do hope the home health nurse shows up tomorrow.
In the mean time, stay calm and enjoy being home.
