  1. Our Future: A very good and decent analysis article. Worth the short read.

Ted Cruz & Donald Trump: What's the Difference? All I have to say is simply this: "BARF BAG ALERT"!! I can say this is that Cruz uses the Bible from time to time as a supply-side pseudo-christian and Trump does not.

    • Jeb bag?

      • no… a trump bag! lol!

        • not according to Progress Colorado's email:

"This week, a leading conservative candidate for the GOP nomination called for the ban of all Muslim immigration to the United States. Join others from California and refuse to give him the attention that he so desperately wants.

We take our cue from J.K. Rowling, who joined the condemnations when she pointed out that this individual is worse than Lord Voldemort. We agree.

Join us as we refer to him as He Who Shall Not Be Named.

          Amy Runyon-Harms"

          • Signed this. But, I also added these words as well:

"Progress Now Colorado: You are doing exactly what he wants. You are giving him, who shall not be named, additional attention with this petition. lol."

He has repeatedly used inflammatory, racist, and xenophopic language during his campaign to attract media attention. The media attention has the correlated effect of increasing his campaign in polling. Today, we won't give him the attention he wants.

          • A rose by any other name… I fully agree with Jim. It's no use refering to Trump as He-who-shall-not-be-named as he and his actions are still discussed and he still gets attention. He really couldn't give a s$%t what we call him as long as we keep talking about him and letting the ripple spread.

  2. Our Future: Mr. Nichols statement is spot on….that "A failure to reject the billionaire’s vile bigotry at this relatively early stage of the campaign, cedes the fight for the soul of the party to Trump.” As Trump continues his diatribe unchecked, there will be more negative comments from him, and consequences here, and abroad because of his vitriol.

To ponder Cruz and Thump as a mixed cocktail, it would give any sane person the trots. imho.

    Thank you, JL for this.

  3. Short answer – yes.

  4. At this point, all I see is xenophobia and racism coming from all the Republican candidates.  Cruz is jumping on the bandwagon because Trump is doing so well.

  5. they are showing their true colors.

  6. Yes, Trump is the epitome of Republicanism. The trouble for the GOP is that now they got their icon, he turns out to be a psychopath, too much to handle and doesn't know the meaning of the word loyalty. They created a monster and like Frankenstein need to kill it before it kills him.

  7. Cruz, Trump, nothing but bat shit crazy!
