Absolutely!

I do not believe in superstitions around black cats, ladders or Friday 13th. I may have to change that this year after taking a nasty fall after PTtoday while trying to put on my shoes. My guess is that I'll be quite stiff and sore by Monday, my next PT session.

Talk about "Great Minds" & "Ditch" …

I was considering doing a "Friday the 13th" for "Friday Fun" – glad I didn't.
