Bernie Sanders at Liberty University

This afternoon, I spent some time looking at Racel Maddow tapings as well as some other worthy videos on YouTube. That's when I came across the video of Bernie Sanders speaking at Liberty University. Here it is, approximately 53 minutes in length, speech and a Q&A. It is refreshing to see someone, especially a politician, that acknowledges that he can't be all things to all people.

What do you think about his stance on family values . . . moral values? I was suitably impressed.

Feel the Bern!

A very darned good summation was the cartoon by Andy Marlette which showed Bernie standing next to Jesus and saying "What he said." http://donkeydrops.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/awesome-bernie-cartoon.jpg ICYMI. His speech at Liberty was fantastic. It was a real challange to "Christians" to live up to the teachings of the Bible. How can anyone embrace the greedy philosophy of the GOP and profess to be Christian?

How many politicians can say that they went into the lion's den, stayed absolutely true to themselves and still managed to impress their base AND a few new people with his political and personal views? Feel the Bern.
