I trust that you are all aware that Koch whore, Scott Walker (R-Fitzwalkerstan) is joining the Clown Car. Since he has already established a Republican Reich, having transformed fair Wisconsin into evil Fitzwalkerstan, there is a danger that he will victimize America in the same ways. Here’s one:
Humiliating and harming the vulnerable: The meaning of a Walker presidency was vividly made clear by his budget and recent laws he has signed. Looking at elements section by section reveals his harsh values and the agenda he would seek to impose in the nation if elected president.
• Attacking environmental protection. Numerous Dept. of Natural Resources scientists will be laid off, thereby silencing highly-credible analysis and criticism of his policies on air and water safety.
• Rolling back abortion rights. A key new item added to Walker’s right-wing checklist is a draconian 20-week limit on abortions without regard for rape, incest, or health of the mother.
• Expointing the poor. The budget expanded the range of services permitted for the exploitative payday loan industry, notorious for the onerous high-interest rates extracted from the poor, especially blacks and Latinos.
• Humiliating public assistence recipients. He has required drug testing for food stamps and unemeployment insurance recipients. The federal government has moved to block such testings. Experiments in South Carolina and Florida showed a miniscule rate of drug use by aid recipients. Yet Walker persists in promoting this humiliating and insulting proposal.
Viewed as whole, the Walker-Republican budget combines a set of highly-regressive economic shifts benefitting corporations and the wealthy at the expense of workers with a host of anti-democratic measures ranging from weakening faculty involvement in university decision-making to re-shaping non-partisan state agencies to give them a profoundly Republican tilt…

You know, in a way this is off topic – but even apart from his policies, which God knows are creepy enough, his appearance creeps me out every time I see him, because his eyes don't look like they belong in the same face. I mean the same face as each other. They look like they should belong to two different faces. Like a Multiple Personality Disorder with two personalities up front at the same time.
Prior to Walker, the creepiest description of eyes I was aware of was Rex Stout describing the super-villain he created, Arnold Zeck. I'm going by memory so I won't use "" but the substance is unforgettable: He looked like there was a mistake at his birth and he had been born with sharks' eyes. They did not now look like sharks' eyes, because Arnold Zeck had been using them for fifty years, and that made a difference.
But to me Walker's eyes out-creep even that.
Joanne, his eyes have always bothered me in the same way. I kept thinking it as just my dislike of the puppet. I'm happy to see I'm not alone. He belongs in an old Twilight Zone.

I'm not a dysmorphologist, but ever since Walker started making news I thought he was noticeably unusual looking – predominantly WRT his eyes and face not being symmetrical.
There's a lot of speculation that he has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) – which, from appearance, would not be a stretch. (Yeah – I know his father was a Baptist minister, but that does NOT rule it out). Take a look at a photos of him that is straight-on

Not that any of us are, but he is markedly asymmetrical. His eyes are not horizontal (his right is lower). He has drooping upper eyelids. He has a smooth philtrum (the groove between the base of the nose and the upper lip), and his upper lip is thin. His R ear is not symmetrical to his L and it sets noticeably lower.
I'm not saying he has FAS (in fact, I rather doubt it) – but I do think he has suggestions of some type of medical/genetic syndrome.
Please – no jokes! No matter what I or anyone else thinks of his policies – he's still a human being, and he can't help with the genes he was given anymore than the rest of us.
Nameless, you are of course correct about his overall asymmetry, and that it is at least congenital if not genetic, and that he has no control over that. But what I see (and maybe Patty will weigh in) in his eyes is more than that. First let me mention as a control Denzel Washington who is supposed to have possibly the most symmetricl face alive today. OK. Scott Walker is of course nowhere near that. But he is also nowhere near Marty Feldman on the other side, and I have never had the feeling that Marty's eyes, set though they were, belonged to two different spirits as I do with Walker.

Look at the long list of agonies this misanthrope has given the people who were stupid enough to vote for him in Wisconsin as a thank you for their support. Yes, it's quite unbelievable that the same people reelected him as governor in 2014 and because that happened the fear of him getting anywhere near the presidency is understandable. But will someone please explain to me how anyone with one of the worst track records in history gets to be reelected and also thinks he's going to make people want him for president with a record like that? Is it his boyish charm? His use of mass-hypnosis? The Koch's hands up his but? His great powers of speech and reasoning? His great appeal across ethnic groups and different religions? Tell me! Why do Democrats need to fear this man in the coming elections?
Lona, he is an expert at sealing records on anything he has ever done. You would think that that alone would be a red flag to anyone who is paying attention, but so many people aren't. You are right, if his record – all of it – were made very, very public he would not have a chance. There are peole working on that – but, as I say, he is an expert. That's why I for one am afraid.
I agree with Joanne. He has a long history of finding devious ways to win what he should not and he's the Brothers' very favorite sucker.

Vlad was mad and went ballistic! “What’s the deal?!? I get charged $1 million for an hour, and Kim gets charged $2 million for two hours. But little Scotty only has to pay a QUARTER for FOUR HOURS!!!”
So Satan simply explained: “Well, when Walker became governor, he caused the entire state of Wisconsin to go to Hell. So it’s only a local call.”

Doesn't believe the minimum wage "serves a purpose".
Saw six of his associates be convicted, including one who embezzled tens of thousands of dollars from a veterans organization.
Oversaw some of the worst job growth in the Midwest.
Repealed law that allowed women to sue for pay discrimination.
Backs bill to allow men to sue abortion providers for "emotional distress".
Defunded planned parenthood and reproductive health clinics that don't offer abortion.
Backs 20 week abortion ban for rape survivors, arguing survivors are only concerned "in the initial months" of pregnancy.
Scott Walker thinks forced ultrasounds are cool – we're not sure he knows what that word means.
Non-stop attacks on unions and working people.
Giveaways to his corporate cronies (the Kochs love him!)
Promised to leave women’s reproductive choices alone, then pushed for a horrifying abortion ban.
He’s trying to eliminate Wisconsin workers’ right to a weekend — even a one-day weekend!
Scott Walker dismantled Wisconsin’s environmental legacy.
It goes beyond his silencing climate scientists. Walker has undermined environmental protections at every turn.
Trampled the rights of teachers, police officers and firefighters.
Imposed one of the harshest anti-voter laws in the country.
Rejected Medicaid for Wisconsin’s sickest citizens.
Tried to overcharge family planning clinics by 93% for services they provided under Medicaid.
Is fighting for a statewide abortion ban.
Repealed an equal pay law for women, who earn just 79% of what men earn in Wisconsin.
Signed a law decimating unions that fight for working families.
Scott Walker is NOT suitable to be POTUS based on his own record.

I always kind of thought Scott Walker was the perfect "Post Turtle". If you're not familiar with the term, a "Post Turtle" is a turtle you find on the top of a post:
You KNOW he didn't get up there by himself. You KNOW he doesn't belong up there. He has NO IDEA what he's supposed to do while he IS up there. And you just wonder what kind of a dumb ass put him up there in the first place.
