Iβm afraid I need to take another day off. I have a scheduling mess trying to get an MRI scheduled for my bad shoulder. The provider to which my doctorβs back office sent me is not in network for my coverage. In addition, tomorrow is a grocery delivery day, and I can barely walk. Iβm also in a lot of pain. Hopefully I can do better tomorrow.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
3:06 Has the Puddy Tat resorted to eating dragon flies now?
3:31 It looks more like a dragonfly resting on a bag of french fries.
2:53 Well it looks like Puddy Tat gets to snack on dragonflies today. But watch out for the indigestion, after all, they do breathe fire! I hear the legs are great with which to floss your teeth.
Speaking of legs, I hope you are staying off yours until they heal. Take care!
I went to Victoria today to explain some legal papers to my aunt who is 92 and get her signature. I was at the ferry terminal 40 minutes ahead of departure but missed the boat! I was in the #1 position on the dock . . . arrggghhhh!!!!! and had to wait 2 hours to get the next boat. I just came into the house at 10 pm so although I did very little today, I am bushwacked! Well it is off to Care2 for a few minutes and then to bed. It's an early start again tomorrow.
argh! If only that were possible!
Sorry about your day.
Thanks TC! The trip could have been much worse. The only bad part, other than being totally bushwacked, was some rain and missing that 11 am ferry. So after arriving in Victoria about 3:15 pm, I did get a very, very short visit with my aunt who is a favourite of mine which has nothing to do with the fact that she is my only aunt. She is a lot like my paternal grandfather, her father, with whom I was a very close buddy from the time of my birth. Met a total stranger, a woman my age, that has purple hair too and don't you know that was a conversation starter! I returned home on the 7:00 pm ferry.
Take good care of your self.
3:42 average still 4:28. Well, it looks just a little tastier than a bee. Or maybe you could find a fish in the nearby water.
Not surprising that you need rest. Sweet dreams.
P.S. (You expected anything else?) – Yesterday a federal judge UPHELD the Constitutionsaity of Vermont's GE food labeling law.
And today reports are that Bernie is going to announce he'll run against Hilary
π
Is that a four leaf clover under puddy's chin?
Thanks for the good news Joanne.
We do need a "respite" from the GOP/TP/Koch Party and how awful they really are to
the people of USA and abroad.
I put this bit of news in the wrong days article. Guess I'm having a "senior" moment
or just not paying close attention. lol.
For those of you who need a good laugh, here is one from Today's Andy Borowitz.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg Asks Someone to Wake Her When Scalia Stops Talking
BY ANDY BOROWITZ
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report) – As Justice Antonin Scalia weighed in on same-sex marriage at the United States Supreme Court on Tuesday, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg interrupted the proceedings by announcing, “Someone wake me up when he stops talking.”
There was stunned silence in the courtroom after the pronouncement by Justice Ginsburg, who had been visibly nodding off during Scalia’s remarks, her head jerking upward violently at various junctures.
“Look, it’s not like he’s going to say anything on this subject that I haven’t heard him say nine zillion times before,” she said. “I’m gonna get me some shut-eye.”
Having completed her remarks, Ginsburg moved down the bench to what she called “my favorite quiet place,” next to Justice Clarence Thomas, and fell soundly asleep.

Thanks for the dose of AB Jim!
Love Andy, but I bet that is what she really wanted to do.
Bless you Jim – I needed that chuckle!
OOPS I have that on today's Open Thread too.

Kudos to you for making it far enough to put this update out, TC.
Sudden death in my family, so I may not be around for a while, either.
Take care, TC. Love my friends on here.
So sorry, Vivian.
I'm sorry for your loss, Vivian, please accept my condolences.
Oh No! Condolences and hugs.
That is a beautiful cat. I hope Tomcat is as relaxed tonight. sorry you are in so much pain. Take all the time you need to get healed up. We will be here when you get back.
Hope you mend quickly!
I do have a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT involving MONEY!!! (Thought that might get your attention.)
There's a DEADLINE fast approaching (4/30/15 for T-Mobile and 5/1/15 for AT&T users) to submit requests for a potential REFUND if you used either one as your carrier (more likely for your cell phone, but could also be for your landline, too).
You can read about it at “Kiplinger’s Magazine”, and find the requirements and links to where you need to submit your request(s).
http://www.kiplinger.com/article/spending/T048-C000-S002-consumers-get-payback-for-sneaky-phone-fees.html
I actually had used both carriers in the timeframes required, so I submitted refund requests to both. The AT&T one is easy peasy, took less than five minutes. BUT the T-Mobile one is TERRIBLE! They make you jump through a bunch of hoops and have you provides LOTS of information about your account. At they end, they do say provide as much info as you can, and they'll work with what you provide, but they clearly do NOT want to release their money – even if you're entitled.
And they say it'll take at least NINE MONTHS to get it all processed – but it wasn't that bad, and could be "found money".
T Mobile gave the worst cell phone service I ever had, bit ;long before this.
Thanks, I shared this with my sister, who had miserable service from AT & T.
Oh poor TC – what a horrid week with your shoulder too! I do hope you can curl up in the sun and rest and be as happy as your picture!
Thanks all. Hugs!
