Yesterdayβs meeting between my guys in prison and a couple Oregon State University criminology classes was excellent. My guys wowed them. Although Iβm completely pooped, today is the only day my helper friend can come to clean. Argh!

Love that one gold eye and one blue eye, TC…. congrats on a great prison day. Tomorrow you can rest up all day long, yes?
Thanks!
No. π
5:31 average still 5:25 I assume you are not feeling terribly competetive about this one?
I am as tickled about your guys wowing the students as if I had something to do with it, which I can't claim. I don't even give you all the encouragement I could and should, because I get so distracted by Republicans. Aaaarggh!
The eye colors – one sees that in cats – but Cute Overload had a group of pix in the last couple weeks including cats who have blue and gold (or some other combo) is EACH eye – like a split iris – Wow. Ans speaking of color, did anyone besides me read about the glasses that can treat color blindness (or as people who have it prefer to call it color deficiency)? Just, Wow.

You do fine!
Cleaning house–can your helper do that in Congress when she's done for you?
She hasn't even arrived here yet!
4:15 I got stuck again. There have been a lot of prickly puzzles lately.
4:43 I got stuck too. Looks like Lynn stomped us all today.
Too Prickly for a Puddy Puss!
3:37 This is another prickly situation.
"I thought they might not let me out!!" — Funny you should say that. Last Wednesday, I was bragging about you and the great volunteer work you do with your guys, to a physio mate. Of course, he having a warped sense of humour (really warped sometimes which is handy at times as he tries to heal from an industrial accident), waxed poetic about you being locked up. He joked that it is unusual to volunteer to be locked up. And today, what do we see, a picture of you behind bars!
Of course house cleaning is a sentence all its own. I have to do the major clean up on the litterbox which includes washing floors, and a couple of loads of laundry tomorrow. That will mean a lot of stairs tomorrow so I`ll likely be sore and tired tomorrow night. Glad you`ve got someone to help you.
On a final note, the weather has been such that there are a lot of blossoming trees out, daffodils, narcissus, crocuses and forsythia. We are expecting some seasonal temperatures and some rain this weekend, but the predictions are out for near drought conditions. We`ve not had the usual load of winter rain this winter and the snowpack on the southern mountains is very light. Maybe we`ll have a wetter spring/summer though. It wouldn`t be the first time. And Harper denies climate change . . . twit!
Lynn, I think you sent your weather to Kentucky. I haven't seen anything on the ground but snow since FEB 13. I am sure my daffodils are frozen out. Yuck.
Nope, not my weather Edie. Although it has been warmer and drier than usual here in Metro Vancouver, we don`t normally get much if any snow during the winter. From the north and interior of BC straight through to the Maritimes, it is a different story. You`re getting some of your weather from them.
I get a rise from first time prison visitors when they're on the way in. I'll tell them that, if they have triouble getting out that they should as for A Block or C Block. Then I tell them not to worry, because nobody has been kept by accident fdor more than a couple days.
I am glad they let you out. Hope your helper got everything clean. Have a great week end. That cat looks a little like my Oreo, but is missing the black spot on the chin.
Still waiting!
Glad you're back out again.
House passed 1 week funding Bill for DHS in a nail-biter last night. It seems that Agent Orange can't control his House.

(The above is actually my Comment posted at Daily Kos yesterday. As noted, it's Pres. Obama and Nichelle Nichols giving the Vulcan Sign)
How odd – the qwerty-stylized Vulcan Sign above acts like a hyperlink … to NOWHERE
It's the backslash.
See today's cartoon!
Thanks, I recced and followed.
TY TC – glad you had such a good day with your guys – yippee!
Thanks Pat. I told some of them about you.
The yoga pants I'll bet!
π
Happy for your visit success! I’m sure the guys love EVERY time you visit them!

Agent Orange is loosing control and the whole bunch of them are LOONEY TUNE!
Thanks Viv!
