I’m writing for tomorrow and feeling quite pooped after yesterday’s trip to the prison. One of my guys just received a release date in April. We discussed how to be come personally empowered one needs to let go od control. My guys never cease to amaze me. Tomorrow is a meeting with over 100 guys, so I’m going to write and go to bed.

I covered this a free cays ago, and this should flesh that out. Faux Noise is still the Republican Reichsministry of Propaganda. Chris makes an excellent point about how the sheeple on display are just parroting the garbage Faux Noise has fed them.

Well done to your chaps TC. Sadly I couldn't watch the Hannity video – it wouldn't let me no matter how I tried. I couldn't believe (then of course I could) the Upworthy article about Nancy Salgado, she was very brave to be arrested – and she was not the one who should have been arrested! Those uber rich corporations steal 7 billion dollars yearly from the American taxpayers because they refuse to pay their workers a living wage – it is WRONG!

Upworthy — Nancy Salgado was polite, direct, and stuck to her question without injecting personalities. Not only was CEO Stratton condescending in his reply to Nancy (Ì`ve been there 40 years.), but I feel he was evasive, but more, he was rude by not answering her simply question.
Daily Kos — "Shake it up! Pope Francis, Shake It Up !!" Amen!!!!!
MSNBC — "healthcare overhaul train wreck"? I keep hearing that phrase from conservatives and although there are some start up glitches of the technical variety, Obamacare is not a 'train wreck'. Ask the person who could not get insurance previously because the cost was too high, or they had a pre-existing condition, if they think it is a train wreck. As the programme rolls out, the technical difficulties will be sorted out. As time moves forward, Obamacare will change and evolve, maybe even to universal healthcare.
Hannity, one of Faux Noise's resident liars and propagandists, cooked the books so to speak on interviews with 3 couples. The story was fact checked only to find that Hannity lied and misrepresented the facts. Too many people accept the word of Faux Noise as gospel when in fact it is the Reich Ministry of the Republicanus/Teabaggers. Do your own fact checking on Obamacare by going to an exchange for information and getting information on-line. Think about what you are reading and hearing and ask questions.
Cartoon — How many are being forced to work more than 40 hours per week without overtime pay, because if they don`t work they are threatened with being fired? This is likely more of a problem now because the job matket is so tight. This should never be an issue.
Upworthy: McDonald's and other restaurants who are paying poverty wages should be boycotted. I pretty much boycott fast food all ready, so I guess I couldn't affect them much.
Pope Francis is living up to his name!
Fact Checker: "they are pretty much living in a fenced in garden with an echo chamber around them" is such an apt description for those who only get their news from Fox. Hannity does not want to fact check, he wants to promote an agenda to rid the country of the liberal black man in the White House.
Cartoon: The forty hour work week is going the way of the unions if people don't wake up and start fighting back for their rights.
