Yesterday was a bad one. Today is especially frustrating, because it’s a prison volunteer day, and I can’t go.

Just keep taking it easy. Your health is more important than your volunteer duty. I'm sure the prisoners would agree if they value you like I think they do.

Oh poor TC! I so sympathise with you not being able to do something you have put your heart and soul into – but I agree with the others – they would far prefer you to save your strength and get better than strain yourself and get worse (Heaven forfend!).
