Not knowing when or how you exactly injured your wrist "while cooking," my guess would be more likely an overuse (like whipping eggs or cream by hand) or lifting something heavy.
If that's the case, it's always good to go with PRICE for the first 48-72 hours:
Protect
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
But after 48-72 hours, if it's not improving – or if at any time you have "point tenderness" i.e., an area that elicits pain just by touching it with a fingertip – then you should seek medical attention. And you're getting close to that 72 hour mark.
I think it'd be hard to break a wrist just "while cooking" – but I suppose anything is possible. And I hope that whatever you were cooking was absolutely delicious.
We are definitely putting you inside a bubble for your own good.
Since it is getting worse, perhaps a Dr should take a look at it to be sure it is not broken?
Of course, get yourself to a doctor!

And for all the Jewish folk:
May Your Seder Be a Feast … Happy Passover!
