Here are the results of the Obama Domestic Competence Poll. The results are not statistically relevant, because the distribution of respondents do not match the demographics of the nation as a whole, but the poll itself has no internal bias.
And here are your comments.

Completely competent

He is way more competent than Mitt, BUT he needs to be tougher on republicans during his second term.
I voted ‘Very competent’, which was the second of the two dominant choices. I could not vote ‘Completely competent’ in good conscience, because Obama has fallen short in some areas. The appointment of people like Bankster Bernanke and Timmy the Tool, when Robert Reich and Paul Krugman would have been so much better is one. Taking too long to withdraw from Afghanistan is another. There are more.
Nevertheless, the choice is between a candidate who is excellent in most areas and a candidate who is horrific in every area. The choice is a complete no-brainer.
A new poll is up.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
I voted ‘Very competent’, but still had some real problems with Bu$h League left-overs taking Democratic jobs..I'm certainly tired of Obama's "fair & balanced" FAUX bargaining with America's KNOWN enemies (the RepubliCON Domestic Terrorists!).
I agree, Yvonne.
I missed the poll – alas! I'm not nearly so impressed! While he never campaigned as a "liberal", I didn't expect his decision on NDAA. As an avid anti-fractitioner – I'm very upset with his proposed use of natural gas as a segue to energy independence – to my mind that alone is enough to change my opinion. I will work to get him reelected, while I'll personally vote for Jill Stein (since NY goes totally dem for pres – it will only be a matter of a rebellious vote. His inability to bring about any bankers or Wall St to justice is now inexcusable, as is his appointed "committee" investigating the previous regimes torture policies which exonerates any and all from any wrong doing and in a sense places that policy on the OK list of US military policy! He's clearly under corporate control, and has not spoken out against gun violence or invested himself in the Scott Walker recall with the major union busting Koch bros.. I applaud his strong stand to seek diplomatic resolutions with Iran.
There's a lot on my dissatisfaction list – however I would have polled "somewhat competent". I'll be vigorously working to get other parties to counter the "2 party – corporate" system we have now! I hope others will also, the 2 party system has failed us dismally, and the SCOTUS is a joke!
Lee, your hat isa starting to reflect the light. 😉
I had trouble again getting in to vote and forgot to try again. However I would have voted 'Very Competent'. My main reason being that, while I admire collegiality and operate that way myself, there comes a time when even the most collegial must become a 'dictator'. Mr Obama tried to promote bipartisan work and solutions way past the expiration date for bipartisan possibilities. That lead to being even more hamstrung. I definitely agree that both Krugman and Reich would be excellent advisors and I hope this next time around, Mr Obama will tap them on the shoulder.
There is no room for Republican/Teabaggers in the government.
Get out the vote!!!!! Four more years!!!!!
Vote Democratic 2012!!!!! Vote Obama/Biden 2012!!!!!
I also think he was too slow to recognize that bipartisanship with today's Republicans is not possible.
I think he did a far better job than could be expected. Consider who was working against him all this time.
Vote Democrat!
Give Pres. Obama a House and Senate who will work with him and not against him.
I agree. Never before has one party been willing to destroy the nation for political gain.
