I have frequently given examples here of how the Republican Party is bending head over heels to interfere with your right to vote, if you are old, disables, poor, a minority, a student or a worker. In sharp contrast, Barack Obama and the Democratic Party support voting rights for all qualified voters, regardless of affiliation, and have done this to try to make it easier to register.
Anyone with a website or blog can now easily help register voters for the fall election. You can use the settings at left to customize an embeddable voter registration widget for your website.
Visitors to your site will be able to easily fill out and print the appropriate voter registration form for their state, or register online if their state allows.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
That's great! Too bad that people in Florida with their regressive voting laws and numerous attempts to suppress the vote can't use this, as I understand. Other states too!
Voting, one of those pesky inalienable rights noted in the constitution, sure does get in the way of an oligarchy, doesn't it?!
I'd love to see what happens when a Floridian uses it.
Here in Oregon, it takes you right to online registration within the frame.
Especially if you are a Social Studies teacher in Florida. You can actually go to jail for encouraging your students to go out and register to vote when they are 18.
Criminal!
I registered people to vote at the NY State Fair 16 years ago. We had thousands of people of all ages during the 10 days I was there. I was surprised how many people well over the age of 18 had never registered. We did our best to convince them to vote and I swayed a lot of them to re-elect Bill Clinton.
Goof for you!!
Thank you Tom, I just talked to a Doctor at the Veteran's Hospital about helping Veteran's register to vote… I wish I could take my desk top with this widget to help my Veteran's to register… 🙂
Can you borrow a notebook?
