I definitely need another day off. The low temperature overnight in my apartment was 92°. The heat would have been enough, but will I sweltered my body spent all afternoon and most of the night trying (unsuccessfully) to past the stone. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
Take the time you need my friend! Your body and your sanity will thank you.
We hit 34 C yesterday, and no air movement in my area. It was very oppressive, such that I had and used my asthma inhaler. It is only supposed to get to 27 C today, way to hot for me. At least it is nice weather for the Vancouver PRIDE parade and festival this weekend — between 600K and 700K festival goers yesterday. That's a lot of people.

34 C, that's 93 F. I grew up in Seattle and a hot day was when the temperature got over 80 F (27 C).
Vancouver, Seattle and Portland are usually just a few degrees apart.

Thank you Gypsy. Lemon juice is on my next grocery list.
Just remember what the nay-sayers spout all the time ~ "There is no global warming". HAH! Hottest summer on record.
We've had five in the last ten years.
