Republicans were taken so aback by the SCOTUS decision on Obamacare, that they did not have a lock-step evasion planned for reporters, wanting to know what comes next, if they can repeal Obamacare.  Here are excerpts from a couple of articles and an excellent video that illustrate the Republican health care plan, RepubliCare.

First, here’s Mitch McConnell (R-KY).

3McConnellMitch McConnell’s appearance on Fox News Sunday was remarkably revealing — it showed as clearly as you could want that the Supreme Court decision is finally forcing Republicans to declare what, exactly, they would replace Obamacare with if they realize their goal of repealing it entirely.

Pressed by Chris Wallace to say what he would do to insure the 30 million people who will get insurance under Obamacare, McConnell at first dodged the question, instead launching into a litany of complaints about the law. He repeated the debunked claim that it would cut $500 billion from Medicare. Asked the question again by Wallace, McConnell actually laughed and said he’d “get to it in a minute,” before claiming the best thing we can do for the health system overall is to get rid of the law and all of its “cuts” to health providers. He labeled Obamacare a “monstrosity” and vowed that there would not be a “2,700-page” Republican reform bill.

Asked a third time how Republicans would insure those 30 million people, McConnell said: “That is not the issue. The question is how you can go step by step to improve the American healthcare system.” … [emphasis added]

Apparently RepubliCare is so bad that McConnell does not even want Faux Noise sheeple to know what it is.

Next, here’s John Boehner.

3BoehnerHouse Speaker John Boehner vowed on Sunday to repeal the Affordable Care Act, saying the law, which the Supreme Court ruled as being constitutional this week, should be "ripped out by its roots."

"This has to be ripped out by its roots," Boehner said in an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation.” “This is government taking over the entire health industry. The American people do not want to go down this path. It has to be ripped out and we need to start over one step at a time.

Boehner said that once the entire law is repealed, lawmakers can discuss individual measures. "We can have a common sense debate about which ought to stay and which ought to go," he said…

Quack, quack for the duck! We already had a common sense debate and passed a law.  Boehner won’t admit what RepubliCare is either.

Bought Bitch Mitch says we have the best health care system in the world. It is, but for the 1% only!

John Boehner, aka Agent Orange, says he has a better way. It’s You’re on your own.

Ryan’s patient centered solutions are patients, who can’t afford insurance, get the RepubliCare Death Option.

There’s a reason Republicans won’t tell us what their plan is. It benefits only the 1%.  The 99% just get to pay for the benefits for the 1%.

Here it is:

  1.  I had to laugh as I read the articles.  Both Jabber Jowls McConnell and Agent Orange have exposed themselves.  They stand there butt naked with all their lies.  They better hope that the doctor doesn't come in, tell them to bend over and cough!

    The Republican/Teabagger healthcare plan is such a guarded secret that the Senate Minority Leader, McConnell, can't even (or won't) discuss it!  He keeps trying to move any discussion of it, even with the party's propaganda wing, into the outer limits.  He must be physicist specialising in deflection theories.  And the arrogance of this obstructionist politician — when pushed about how Republicans would insure those 30 million Americans that don’t have healthcare insurance, McConnell said: “That is not the issue.  Personally, I think McConnell is doing the pee-pee dance because he hasn't got a clue what the party line will be in response to the SCOTUS decision.  The party has been caught with their collective pants down, with no 'plan' for publication because they thought they had SCOTUS in their pocket.

    And Agent Orange, Republican Speaker of the House, has revealed the Republican/Teabagger healthcare plan — there isn't one that covers all Americans — by saying that ONCE the entire law is repealed, lawmakers can discuss individual measures.  And every individual measure will go down to defeat IF it is ever voted on because the House is dominated by Republican/Teabaggers.  Please note the order of events!

    Well, there you have it.  The old standby Republican/Teabagger healthcare plan — Don't get sick!  But if you do, die quickly!

    McConnell —"…the best thing we can do for the health system overall is to get rid of the law and all of its “cuts” to health providers."  Notice the cuts are to healthcare providers, as in big ‘for profit’ hospitals, insurance companies and pharmaceuticals, not to healthcare.

    1) cut the bonuses and exorbitant salaries of healthcare executives;
    2) cut the ability to deny coverage;
    3) cut pre-existing conditions clauses;
    4) cut the escalating premiums;
    5) cut the ability to limit lifetime limits.

    These cuts don’t take away from healthcare, they actually add to the affordability, the efficiency, and the universality (this is not however universal healthcare) of healthcare, qualities that millions of Americans need and want.

    Healthcare should be about sustaining life, not about bringing death!

    Vote Democrat 2012!!!!!     Vote Obama/Biden 2012!!!!!

  2. If the American People are worried about covering an extra 30 million people.  And are not worried about the " you are on your own Republian/Tea Party health care plan".  We as a country are doomed.  Are they so afraid of helping your fellow man just because they are poor or have a different color skin.  I say they should just pack up,take the GOP/Tea Party and move to iraq and the people over there will give them a first class lesson on what it's really to treat your fellow man like like the skum of the earth .

  3. You would think this kind of attitude towards people, would ensure a landslide for Obama.
    It won't.
    Sadly

  4. Republican reform: Sick? Die quickly.

  5. It just amazes me that sheeple cannot seem to realize what is going on– The GOP was once principled- and candidates honorable men– No more folks- no more–
    The GOP is corrupt throughout– if this is not clear by now when in the hell will it be :   The thought of any Republican assuming any office is so scary —
    All we really can do now is VOTE! and assist others to get past all the "voting reform" roadblocks

    VOTE>>>VOTE>>>VOTE!!!!

  6. "Bought Bitch Mitch says we have the best health care system in the world. It is, but for the 1% only!"
    Mitch-Bitch is the master of obstruction….
