Today my UPS is out on the truck for delivery by UPS, so I will get it and have a lot of work to do setting it up and configuring it. I’m current on replies. Tomorrow I have a month’s grocery delivery coming. Unpacking it and putting it away always tales several hours, so my articles could be late.

MoveOn — I have never really been a Hillary Clinton fan. I don’t really know why. But I could not agree more with her statement. Whether it is Islamic fundamentalists, Jewish fundamentalists, Christian fundamentalists, the Greedy Old Pharts — you can keep naming them — they all seek to put women in a place of subservience, a place to be seen but not heard. Like Mrs Clinton, I don’t know why, but I suspect that the innate power of women scares the crap out of many men. After all, if a toddler has the power to seduce a grown man into sex thereby raping her, imagine the power a grown woman must have! Women have carried the burden of keeping the house with all its various complexities, rearing the children, working the fields, drawing the water from rivers and wells, proving just how strong she truly is. And I think this multi-tasking, this ability to be a jack-of-all-trades, plays to the insecurities that men have. Well said Mrs Clinton! I’m surprised she’ not bleeding all over the place from biting her tongue when she is around so many men everyday.
Alternet — As I was finishing up reading the article, it struck me that Rmoney is out to reduce the still burgeoning population of this planet. With all his dreams (our nightmares!) and schemes, he will effectively kill people with starvation, no place to live, no medical care. As we’ve often said, he is projecting onto Mr Obama his own sins. As I said a day or two ago, Rmoney is a two-faced, unintelligent, willingly ignorant, lying bastard!

Cartoon — I had completely forgotten the anniversary of the German surrender but am more familiar with the Japanese official surrender on 02 September 1945. I find this an apt reminder for the end of the GOP who have courted and openly included many neo Nazis in their fold. The bigotry against various peoples, the economic bigotry against all but the wealthy and corporations, the racism are all reminiscent of that time of war.
Hillary is a Neoliberal. That could be why.
