What Ed Schultz said about Laura Ingraham is mild compared to most of what I think about Ann Coulter, but rather than descend into rhetoric that could be taken to impugn women, I’ll stick with Coultergeist, as it is perfect fit for this malignant … person, using the term loosely. At Media Research Center, a thoroughly misnamed Republican propaganda site, Coulter delivered a Dishonor Award to Keith Olbermann, whose toilet she is not fit to clean. I have the video, if you can stomach it.
It’s hard to say what was more disgusting about this "awards ceremony" hosted by Brent Bozell’s right wing rag, The Media Research Center; the horribly bad jokes or the blatant dishonesty with the better part of the clips that they showed that were highly edited and chopped together apparently for the entertainment of the audience there.

The Media Research Center held its annual gala to roast media they feel show liberal bias with "DisHonor Awards." Ann Coulter, Neal Boortz, Andrew Klavan, and a Who’s Who of national conservative leaders will participate in the 2011 Dis Honors awards roast hosted by Brent Bozell and the Media Research Center. The Outlaws will provide live entertainment and Cal Thomas will receive the William F. Buckley Award for Media Excellence.
And of course what would one of these events be without giving Ann Coulter a chance to pretend she’s still relevant and to spend some time trashing Keith Olbermann… [emphasis added]

*shrug* and this partisan lack of dignity is different in form only from any other way they have their fun how? They lie, cheat, steal from the majority for the minority because it is all a big game and we have allowed people who pay odious shit like this to entertain themselves with. If she or any of the rest of them ever removed the Koch (et al) from their wallets then they would have to live like the rest of us and then maybe their skinnier paycheck would allow them reality. But they are well shielded from that, for it would shock them to have to live as an ordinary American.

I didn’t listen to the vid – her voice makes me want to yack. I see that she’s in her normal witche’s costume, a black dress. Can’t she afford another dress – I think we should all chip in for a new color for the Coultergeist. And that hair – the 70’s are over babe, time for a new hairstyle and quit flipping it all over the place – it aint sexy, at least not on you. 😈

That one removed itself from any substantive political discourse years ago. I have a fond memory of that morning on one of those live TV morning news interview shows how Coulter came out with that typical rightie smirk they all once wore and by the time Edward’s wife, who had called into the show, was through with her she, Coulter, whose rightie smirk was long gone, was wringing her hands and glancing from side to side in considerable discomfort as she was being confronted by Edward’s wife over the lies she was spewing about Edwards.
